- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Unboxing Requirement:
- To qualify for a refund, you must record the unboxing of the item. The video should clearly show the unopened package, the unsealing process, and the condition of the item upon opening.
